Zimbabwe: Govt Sued Over Deplorable Prison Conditions

[New Zimbabwe] The Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum and a former prisoner, Taurai Mbewe have lodged a High Court application seeking to compel Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube to release funding for more prison facilities.
