The National Chairman, Police Community Relations Committee, Dr. Farouk Maiyama, has sent a letter of appreciation to Governor ADEGBOYEGA OYETOLA, for the honour bestowed on PCRC, with the appointment of its chairman in the State of Osun, Comrade Amitolu Shittu, as the Director General, Amotekun Osun.
Dr. Maiyama’s Thank-you letter was presented to Governor OYETOLA by the Southwest Exco of PCRC, led by Alhaji Ibrahim Olaniyan.
In his remarks, Governor ADEGBOYEGA OYETOLA appreciated the National Chairman, Exco and Members of PCRC across Nigeria for the gesture.
The Governor said he is overwhelmed and full of happiness for having an achiever, a proactive and trustworthy DG of Amotekun, Comrade Amitolu Shittu, who he stressed, has performed tremendously well within the shortest period of his appointment.
Governor Adegboyega Oyetola also honoured the PCRC National team with Iftar (breaking of fasting) in his office, where they wined and dined together with the governor, state of Osun.
