The representative of Obokun State constituency at the Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Adewumi Adeyemi IREKANDU has congratulated the Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke over the anticipated victory at the Supreme Court.
This was contained in a statement the young lawmaker personally signed shortly after the Supreme Court judgement was made today.
Irekandu, a ranking member of the soon-to-be inaugurated 8th Osun State House of Assembly who could not hold back his joy hailed the Supreme Court for upholding the will of the people.
“The citizens of the state can now comfortably continue to enjoy the leadership of the governor without fear of any truncation.”
While acknowledging the jubilation and joyful moments across the street of Osun State, the architect and lawmaker noted that “This is a very happy and joyful moment for the good people of Osun State and Nigeria at large.”
